How did you girls deal with the pics? I am not getting a cd of my pictures until November and I would like to get the ball rolling and put the announcements in the post and newsday and some local papers (my parents are pushing).
Should i just get prints from the photog and scan them high res and email them that?

I emailed my photog for some pics - he emailed me high-res files and I uploaded them to CVS.com and ordered a 12 cent print...picked up at my local CVS and mailed to Newsday. Newsday requires hard copies of photos.

my photographer emailed the pics to the daily news & new york post for us. maybe your photog can do the same.

Does Newsday and Daily News charge to have an announcement put in the paper?
Also is it bad if it's only one month after you got married or should I have done it sooner?
