Potential BM dress dilema

So my little brother got engaged and I was asked to be a BM. So happy to do it..I love her (& him)...but her pick for the dress is kinda strange... I have hinted around that I don't think it will look good on everyone ( I am very big chested, her MOH is her 45 sis who is on the large side). The pics are below...She wants a tuxedo style look. What do I do?? I will wear anything she wants bc it is her wedding but am I crazy to think this is a little wierd?

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

Yes I think thats very weird choice. That is exactly what the playboy bunnies wore (without the hot pants and furry tail).

I think you might want to voice your personal concerns that you wont look good it it...so she doesnt take offense and hope for the best.

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

It looks like a bar girl in casino. Try and convince her that all black bridesmaid dresses will look so much classier, and aren't as trendy (though I don't think she likes the style because it's trendy given that that trend is so over).

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

There was a dress Davids has that would go great with a tuxedo look.

I know they also have a tuxedo hand bag.

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

I am going to have to agree as well. Once someone said playboy bunny i thought 'yes! that is exactly what that looks like' But then I read a witress in a casino and thought I agreed with that too.

I am also a little big in the chest area..I would feel uncomfortable in that dress.

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

Honestly if someone asked me to wear that dress I would drop out of the wedding party.

I am usually very openminded , but this is taking it a bit too far.

I can't get the picture to post, but maybe you can show your FSIL the Alfred angelo #6441. It may work.

That dress can not work with anyone with a big chest.

I wanted that one, and my freind who is a size 10 pants and 12 top, because of her chest, looked absolutley ridicoulous in it. And my SIL wanted that dress for her wedding,a dn 2 girls had the same problem.

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

Wow, that is a strange dress for a bridal party and can be difficult to wear. I can't see girls with big busts getting into that top.

I like some of the other dress options the girls posted above. Gently suggest some of the alternatives and see what happens...Good luck!

Re: Potential BM dress dilema

Playboy was the first thought that came into my mind when I saw that! I would look around and try to suggest options to her.
