Prayers please!

We have gone through a plethora of nasty-@ss prospective tenants for our upstairs apartment over the past couple of weeks...there is a woman who was so cool, so chill, all of her info checked out perfectly...pretty much what seems like a NORMAL, DECENT person (which is what we need up there...the former tenants were terrible...lived like animals)...we told her last night that the apartment is her's and she just wanted to sleep on it and revisit today (she was there on Sunday; we have since had new carpets installed) and check out the space on more time...please please please say a lil prayer that she decides that this is her new abode!
