Prayers Please (a little update)

There is alot going on in my life right now that I really can not get into on here. All I am saying is that I cant stop crying.
Can I please ask for those famous LIW prayers once again? They always work wonders.

update-
One of the things that is going on is that one of my brothers went for an endoscopy and they found a mass by his sternum. They have done a biopsy and he went for a CT Scan yesterday. He wont find out results for a few days. I am really scared for him- he is an emotional wreck.
If anyone here is friends with me on FB please dont say anything on there. He hasnt said anything to my parents or family yet until he finds out results.
