PREGGOS - Prenatal Yoga or Water Aerobics Anyone ?
Hi Ladies,
Ive been researching for these 2 in the area. I found the water aerobics at the Huntington YMCA and Yoga at North Shore Yoga in Port Jeff.
Does anyone know of any other places that do water aerobics (prenatal ?) its over $100 just to join the Y and that doesnt include ANYTHING. Just wondering if theres a cheaper way to do this :) I'd really prefer the water to yoga any day !! (and i got a prenatal yoga tape out of the library, so i figure i can save money on yoga....
Anyone doing anything else to keep flexible and strong for the big day ?? maybe we should get together for some long walks !!
