A few ideas, A subscription to FIT Pregnancy magazine (Even if shes not a health fanatic, it has good info for a healthy pregnancy.) A manicure/pedicure gift certif., gift certificate at a maternity store, or you can make a little gift basket and put in all sorts of things she will need....
