Proofs

Well we got back our proofs last night and I was a little disappointed with them...he did not get a picture of our first dance together!?!?!?!? Just an upclose of our faces.....did this happen to anyone else??? I got a ton of the cake cutting but that is not important to me compared to our first dance.

Some were blurry and the big one of everyone outside the church most of them came out bad.....

Some of them were nice though i just felt them to be lacking.....

I paid the remaining balance last night...do I have a right to try and get some of it back if I am upset about it????

Absolutely! Go in there and tell them how upset you are. It's quite possible that they left out some of the proofs - that happened to me and at least one or two other people I've spoken to about their photographers.

BIG TIP though: Don't go in ranting and raving. Go in and calmly explain the issue to them. Tell them how disappointed you are with their services and hopefully they will work with you.
