Proofs

I got back my proofs and I am just so upset with them. I am missing so many that I know were taken. I have emailed them and asked where they are.
Plus the lighting was so bad, there are too many shadows in them and people squiniting from the sun.
I was also told I would get things and now I am not getting them.

I am so sorry to hear you are upset. Have you contacted them and do you have things in writing?

I'm so sorry, I would keep calling your photog to get a straight answer.

Can you call or go to their office?

I can really sympathize with you as I was not happy with my proofs at all. I can't even look at them 8 months later without getting upset.

Me too- I hate my album layout too and its taking me forever to get it all fixed.

I would stay on top of the photographer until you get answers. If not, report t hem to the BBB.
