Proofs

Has any of you girls had an issue with some of your [color] proofs being too 'orangy' ? I know that sounds crazy, but I think mine are, so when I scan them, they stay the same.
Anyone else have this? You can't tell too much in the daytime pix, because we just look really tan, but our pix at nightime throw me off because it has an orangy look to it... but my photographer says its just how the way printed? It throws me off because had I seen the real color of it, I probably would have chose a different 20x20! Just curious!

I don't have a color issue with mine...but if you are not happy with it your photographer should color correct it and re-print it! (Easily done in photoshop)

ETA: in low light situations you tend to get an orange hue to pic..again can be corrected though...HTH!

Mine were exactly like that and I went through a hell of a time getting them fixed. Some of my pics can be fixed. I loved this pic and this one could not be fixed for some reason. It was my photgrapher's digital camera. They are orangy on the disk. Here is an example.:

here's what i was able to do playing with it...why couldn't they fix it? Sometimes it's hard, I am not too experienced with color correction, but someone who is should be able to do it...it affected the greens & flowers slightly but you guys aren't so orange

YES there is one pic...it's so dark and orangey- and it happens to be the best shot of us and our BP! For some reason I can't post a pic the easy way on this eMac....I guess I could do it when I get home. Soooo frustrating!!

well if the pic goes in an album or getd blown up to a portrait, its a normal color but they ssid it was just the way the proofs print. so i wanted to know if anyone else had this issues, especially any patken brides b/c I know theres an insane amount of patken brides on here!

Most of my proofs are not orange-y but when I scan them they get orange-y....my scanner is a little stupid sometimes

You are awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much. I am going to see if I can make it bigger so I can print it out! I have to try to get a better quality one though. It's coming up blury

All my pics are like that printed from them. It was their equipment because they saved all the pic on a disk and they are orange too.
