Re: QOTD- Wednesday
Hmmm... GREAT question!
Something I splurged on that I wish we hadn't was the large flower arrangements for the ceremony. They didn't add anything to the room! (even though they were pretty)
One things I wish we had splurged on:
1. A Rolls Royce

Something I splurged on that I was glad about... where to start...
I guess I would go with the florist... Going with the all tall centerpieces and lighting them... made it amazing. Adding lights to the globes. It all added to the look.
Ooh or the band, because splurging on a 9 piece band was worth it.
Wishing I hadn't... nothing, I loved EVERYTHING! I really honestly can't think of anything I would have done differently, at least in terms of monetary decisions.

I am so glad we splurged on our photographer. He was a little bit more than average, but he best $$$ we ever spent. Our photos came out awesome, and I couldn't be happier.
One thing I wish we didn't splurge on was ??? I can't really think of anything. We had a very low key wedding, without a lot of extra fluff.
possible spin off: what do you wish you splurged on, that you didnt?
For me it would have been designer shoes. My mom wanted to buy me a pair of manolos, but I didn't want her to spend more $, after all they had done. Looking back I wish I had.

I’m happy we splurged (that’s such a weird word ) on a videographer. We weren’t going to get one at all and I’m SO happy we did, even though we got a basic package. I have a horrible memory and I feel like I missed so much, so at least I can re-live it through the video.
We tried to keep the splurges to a minimum… but I really did not need to buy 200 boxes of matchbooks. We have so many left that we’ll be able to light candles until we’re 90.

One thing we splurged on our RH...totally worth it, they did a fantastic job with the food, service, everything We kept our numbers small though so it wasn't that bad...
Did not really splurge on anything that we regretted....unless you count hair...my hair person got the right style but it didn't stay!!!! She wasn't cheap either...in contrast to my makeup artist, who was a little less and did a fab job...and the makeup stayed on till I took it off (also stayed on my BP till they took it off!!!

I am so glad we splurged on our DOC. She was worth every penny.
I wish I hadn't splurged on our programs. I spent so much time and money on these beautifully designed programs to match our invites but it poured during our ceremony and they all got soaked. My mom didn't even get one!

I won't say it was a 'splurge' because it definitely wasn't but I would have spent less on flowers if I had known I wouldn't like my CP's the day of
Glad I did a little splurge on the dessert plate and my dress was also a splurge for me.
Wish I would have gotten the percussionist and the zap shots.

I am so glad we splurged on the slideshow. We had someone who works with our DJ create a slideshow and set up a screen to show it. It was shown during dinner, and it was so amazing to see everyone's reactions to all of our old pics and memories. We even have a dvd of it, as do both sets of parents.
I guess I could have found a less expensive make-up artist and hairdresser, but I was so happy with the way everything came out, so...no big regrets that come to mind!

There is nothing I/we splurged on that I wished we didn't. I lost my job 2 months before we got married, so I think I actually would have splurged more if I had not lost my job. But everything we spent money on was worth every cent. I would do it all over in a heart beat!
