Re: Queens Girls
I know there are alot of nice places on Cross Bay Blvd. Prima Pasta has amazing food, I know they have a back room for parties, but I have never seen it, I don't know how nice it is. DH and I just LOVE this place.
There is a place called Mateo's right on Cross Bay right off of the Belt. I went there for a wedding, and it was really good.
There is also another italian restaurant on CBB that I can't think of right now, but maybe someone else can suggest something.
:)
The places I listed are in Howard Beach, so you wont have to go far*

Woodhaven House (on Woodhaven Blvd.) rents out their side room too. I think the food is really yummy.

Re: Queens Girls
I live in HB and my top two picks would be Carosello and Matteo's. Roma View can also hold that many people.
Unless you want to go all out and have it at Russo's on the Bay!

Re: Queens Girls
Roma View might be too big, depending on how many people you plan on having. Their smallest room minimum is around 50 people. We had our eparty there in the mid-size room called the Bayview Room. I love it there!
Carosello and Prima Pasta are great too.

That was actually the problem my mother had for my shower with Roma View. She was worried she wasn't going to meet the minimum...I don't believe she did.
