QUESTION

HEY NEWLYWEDS

WHERE DID EVERYONE HAVE THERE REHERSAL DINNER? I LOOKING FOR A PLACE FOR ABOUT 20 PEOPLE AND MAYBE 30PP. PLEASE RECOMMEND SOME PLACES

We had a backyard BBQ. We had about 60 people there and it was perfect. It was relatively inexpensive for my IL's, and everyone was much more relaxed and able to walk around.

Anywhere? Then I highly recommend Vespa in Baltmore. The food there is excellent

Seriously, are you in Nassau, Suffolk, the city...

I am having my rehearsal at Pomodorinos in Hauppauge. I will be able to tell you more about it after next weekend.

We had ours at the Mill Pond in Centerport. Food was excellent, view (on the water) was georgeous! and we had the whole resturant to our selves at the time (we had more of a brunch-dinner since we had ppl flying in from all over the world and needed to eat fast!- they are not open for lunch but did just for us) The price was very reasonable (included alcohol) and everyone had a great time. We had about 40 ppl. They supposedly redid the place and added a nice deck overlooking the water. My SIL will be having her reception there (she wants a VERY small wedding with only immediate family- nothing too fancy) and my MIL: said that she had passed it and they either are in the process of re doing it or done.

Sorry, I can't help you with Nassau, but I am sure there are a ton of ladies who can.

You might want to try to do a search, as well. If you look up rehearsal dinner or RD, you will pull up a ton of threads.
