I have been waiting for my RH to get back to me regarding some issues I had on the day of. 1 of those issues, was that I had a martini bar for the entire wedding on my contract and the day of, I only received it for the CH. How would I handle this issue? I have also had another issue with them and I have called them 5 x and they keep brushing me off. Should I call BBB because of the contract issue? They told me for the martini bar, that the BM forgot to put it on something else. I find this unacceptable! What should I do? TIA!

If the contract said one thing and they didn't do it than they need to own up to it. This is the reason we have contracts in the first place. Have you spoken with a manager at the RH? Try that. Let them know your concerns and how you plan to deal with this if you all can not come up with a solution. Good Luck

i think that you should let them know that you PAID for a full martini bar and you should receive some type of compensation for this. the fact that someone didn't put it down isn't your problem its theirs.
i would let them know that if they don't get back to you---you'll have no choice by to contact the BBB as well as file a claim in Small Claims court for a refund of the difference. see if that gets their attention!

I agree with the other girls and you that this is unacceptable. I would go down there too, demand to speak to your BM. If he is not there find out when he will be there, and if they beet around the bush I would tell them that you are planning on taking legal action and contacting the BBB and see what happens. Sorry that happened to you.

I agree, it completely unacceptable. If you didnt do what is in the contract you know the world would have crumbled...same should go for them. Compensation, its not your problem they messed up-admit it and fix the problem
