Question about proofs

I got hundreds of proofs back from Duet. However, I feel like I didn't get ALL of the pictures they took. For example, my sister said they took a bunch of pictures of her and her children, but I only have one to chose from in my proofs.

Did anyone else experience this?

I found that this is quite common.
Many brides I spoke to said that they had alot of pics at specific locations but quite few from others when people distinctively remembered taking certain pics..sometimes according to my photographer..pics dont come out so they dont include them. I have also heard some photographers not printing up all of them..itdoes cost them $$.

I didnt have that experience with my photographer even some that came out unclear h eincluded, but FM MrsWask she had the same experience with duet

The same thing happened to me. There are a few pictures that I KNOW that I posed for that aren't in with my proofs. I emailed Nicole about it, but never got an answer. I got a ton of proofs, but I know they took more. At least one photographer snapped a pic every time we posed for a table camera shot, or a shot with someone's personal camera, and there are a lot of pictures that came out from the table cameras that I didn't get from them. Also, there are numbers on the backs of the pics, telling where they were taken in the sequence, and they took well over a thousand proofs, but I only got about 500, which compared to other duet brides, isn't that much.
ETA: I wasn't expecting every pic to come out, but that's a pretty high percentage that didn't come out. Especially since I had 3 photographers.

Mrswask used duet and just got her proofs back.. She felt the same way... that there were proofs missing. I would call and ask them. I was with her at her wedding and it seemed to me like they took about 1000 picts. They were snapping away the whole night.
Maybe they dont give you the ones they feel werent the best? Either way I would want them ALL.
