Will you get a CD? You can upload them...do you own your negatives? If so, they are your pictures, so you could post them....but if they own the 'rights' then, yes, you may run into problems.

I have the same problem. I have been scanning them, but after they are scanned they save as such large files, which makes them hard to email or post. My photographer doesn't offer CD's. Is there any other alternatives or easier ways to save them?

I scanned mine in and had no problems. You just aren't supposed to reproduce them which I wouldn't want to do off a scan anyway.

we only got the proofs, no disks or negatives. Sooo I guess thats that...
