i have this recipe i want to try but it calls for castor sugar?what is that?can i use reg sugar or do i have to go back to the store lol tia

Gina, it's sold in this country as 'superfine' sugar. It's not as powdery as confectioner's sugar, but more fine than regular crystalized sugar. HTh!

The box usually calls it Quick Dissolve sugar. You usually need it if your making something on the stove.
