When did you do your tasting? Betting married in less than 2 months, just curious when you guys did it.

I did mine a month after I booked the hall...I'm figuring you should do it soon considering you'll need to finalize your menu.

We didn't see a huge rush to have a menu-
So we did it Feb 28th for our April 17th wedding. Worked out fine with no problems whatsoever.
