Question for the bakers out there

When a recipe calls for cake flour, can you substitute with all purpose? I'd hate to buy cake flour for one recipe.

Re: Question for the bakers out there

You can add corn starch to all purpose flour to make it cake flour. I add 2 tablespoons of cornstach for every 1 cup of flour.

HTH!
