I worked with them at first, and while they were VERY nice, they didn't do anything for me that I couldn't have done myself. We sat in the office (I forget who helped us) and watched the woman look up the websites of the places we wanted to go to, and just called the 800 number that was shown on the site to ask questions. So we ended up making all of our arrangements ourselves, over the internet. Much easier!
