I would bake them at 400.....mine usually need about 15 minutes on each side but it depends on how thin they are

You can make them in the frying pan.

A good way to do it is sear the meat in the frying pan to get a nice carmel color on the outside and then put the pan (make sure your frying pan is oven safe) to finish cooking in the center in the oven.

FH likes when I make these 'italian style' - basically he said he hated pork so now I found a way to get him to eat it.

Marinate (maybe 10 mins) meat with some itailian herbs (thyme, basil, mixed whatever u have on hand), olive oil, and a little bit of red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

Sautee in a frying pan on the stove. When the meat looks almost cooked, dump a can of stewed tomatoes over the top. You can add some more sauce, herbs, and parm cheese too if you want. Let the meat simmer in the sauce until its cooked through in the center.

Voila.

I am all late on this but I made boneless chops last week with this marinade from brown sugar and applejuice. Sounds nuts but it was delicious and DH went back for seconds saying how moist they are. If you're intersted let me know and I'll find it.
