i just dont feel like calling my mother 'cause i know i'll get stuck on the phone while i'm trying to cook! lol..i am just drawing a blank on this one..
Picked up some chicken sausage and i want to bake them as opposed to frying..
anyone know the time & temp??? any tips?? tia!

probably 350 for 20 mins - maybe throw in a little tomato sauce so they don't dry out
don't forget to take the casing off - I did that once it wasn't pretty!

I'm thinking 400 degrees would be good. Make sure to slit some holes in the sausage!

around 350-400! They are usually pretty quick to cook too!!!

I have no clue but when I read that you said you would call mom but will get stuck on the phone I had to respond. My mom does the same thing! I call for a quick 1min answer to a cooking question and we end up on the phone for hours lol...sometimes its best to just do a search online haha...I love my mommy tho
