Quick Crockpot Question.. need help in next few mins

I never really use my crockpot and have to stick a 3.75 lb stuffed chicken breast in for tonight's dinner. I am going to put it in with some chicken broth..

any idea for how many hours and on high or low?

I actually didn't have time to put in anything else before I left.. just chicken broth(like over an inch high)... that should be ok, right? does the broth cook away like in the oven?

I have leftover veggies & rice from last night we are going to finish tonight.

I always cook everything in the oven.. I'm scared of the crockpot but I won't have time to cook it in the oven tonight. I hate knowing I have something plugged in and cooking when I'm not home..

The crockpot is one of the best inventions ever. You just dump everything into the pot, set the time and leave. I get so much accomplished when using it because I don't have to keep checking on it like i do with stuff in the oven. So much less time consuming.
