quick picture posting question?
I admit I am a complete amature when it comes to digital photos and posting photos, but can some one tell me why my pics are so big... Im scanning 5x5 proofs and when I try to post on this site they come out gigunda !!
And the color looks all messed up too what gives???

I don't know. I always had the same problem. Now I post them on shutterfly. (Its free and then you can move them to here at normal size.)

I guess it all depends on what size resolution you scan/save them...you want to do as high as possible so you have good quality...so shutterfly makes it easier to reduce the size
