i hate the rain!!! sometimes its nice to just sit inside, curl up and watch tv all day... but DH and i wanted to get stuff done in the yard today... guess thats not happening

I have no desire to do anythinggggg today. DH left to go atv-ing, and I am on the couch with my dog and some HGTV. I read for a little while ... I am thinking about going shopping for some work clothes - if the interview on monday goes well i'll hopefully have a job soon, and I just got a hostessing job too ... and then maybe go to starbucks to apply for jobs in peace (without the distractions of home, ie my dog wanting to go out). i really wish i could just lay on the couch all day, but I kinda did that yesterday. being out of work makes you REALLY get sick of the house.

you guys have rain too? It's pouring over here in Colorado. I love it though. We had a busy day yesterday and it'll be VERY hectic tomorrow also so we really just wanted to relax and be couch potatoes today. The rain just adds to our wonderfully lazy afternoon. lol

Ugh, I needed to get out of the house today so I went to the mall. Normally that would be a nice trip, sunroof open, singing in the car..but no, it was sad and depressing.
Then I went to Famous Footwear and there was a 6 inch puddle outside my car and I had to go park somewhere else.
Stupid rain!
So now I'm home and watching DVR shows all day.

we just got home from the mall too. it was so freakin crowded! We were only there for a few minutes and then left. But we stopped at the store and got ingredients for dh's delicious chicken soup. So thats what we're doin now, just hangin out and making soup.

at least its finally stopped right now.
DH wants to sell all his dvd's well most of them not all, theres a site that buys them all from you so he wants me to sit next to him and read off all the codes, i guess serial numbers or something while he enters them, this will take a LOOONG time theres so many boxes of them. Then we'll have to go ship them out. We were supposed to run errands, well dh went early to do some of his but we post-poned our errands. I do have to go pick up some stuff though and then probably come home, cook dinner and watch a movie.

why is he selling them? Mine keeps BUYING them - he collects. they are taking over the apt. I wish he would sell them instead of buy more all the time.
