i'm spoiled, if we got to bed at the same time and watch tv .... dh will rub my back until i fall asleep

I like Massages from him he does it every day for like 5 or so minutes than my time is up He like back scratches and I hate to give them it make me I keep thinking I am shedding off all his dead skin under my nails and it is stuck under there

back rub, for sure. though we don't spontaneously give them. we have to ask for them from each other.

i prefer light scratches and DH is very good. he knows, without me asking, if im stressed or not feeling good that a back rub or scratches do the trick!!! he gives them pretty frequently, thank goodness, bc i LOVE them. im always sad when they end. i think we should all have a personal back scratcher to cater to our needs, lol.

DH loves really really hard scratches. he's a deep pressure person, so im never pushing or scratching hard enough. i guess bc to me i cant imagine that feeling good. if we are falling asleep at the same time, i try to scratch his back a little before he falls asleep.

the other night he said, youve gotten so much better with your back scratching! ...i guess i suckked before! i learned technique from him tho. such good scratches!

i think the best bet to get a hubby to scratch is to scratch his back and hope he'll return the favor more often. its a slow training technique. hehe

I like very very light scratches. Soooo good. But I have to beg for them and I cant remember the last time DH did it for me

I like the hybrid back rub/ scratch. DH gives the best combinations, but it is funny if he gives me just a back rub its to hard..

a combo!! deep massage, and then throw in a little bit of scratches & i'm good to go i like giving dh his rub down since he loves it so much...but sometimes when i'm really sleepy(not gonna lie) i'd prefer not too lol. he always knows when i'm tired 'cause i'll lay next to him & just do the light scratches lol.

but dh & i both love 'em!

I am green with envy for the wifeys who RECEIVE 'em. DH tries but he's so... unskilled. Plus it bores him to tears so he's no good at 'em.

I've got him scratching my back, there's no technique needed for that so that's something... But yeah, I crawl into a spa once in a while for some attention in that area.... woe is me.........

If i had to choose one I would definetly say back rub. I just love them!!! Every few months I try to go for a massage too...soo relaxing!
