Random question....(sangria related)

I've been MIA for a bit.....I hope you ladies are doing well!

My question:

Do they make already prepared sangria? If so, does anyone know a good brand is?

(I'm having a girls night at my house and I'm doing tacos/fajitas and to stay w/ my theme I thought sangria would be nice but ummm I've never made it before!)

yes they do!!! I am not sure of the name of it- but they have it at any liquor store.

if you cant find it a really good recipe is

1 bottle merlot
1 cup ginger ale
1/2 cup of brandy
oranges, lemons, limes (cut up)


chill

soo good!!!

If I make it on my own.....do you have to chill overnight? (I keep reading things that say chill overnight...obviously I'm to late lol)

i make a quick white one thats incredible

2 bottles of white ( i prefer riesling)
frozen blackberries
frozen peaches
1/2 cup drambuie OR 1/2 cup gran marnier
1 macintosh apple cut up

you don't have to chill overnight - chill for as long as you can - I chilled it once for about 2 hours adn it was perfect
have fun tonight!

I always thought it had a little orange juice and lime juice along with the brandy and fruit (apple, orange...), not something fizzy
