i voted sometimes.

if i'm going to sleep with just a t-shirt on... i ALWAYS wear panties.... if i dont, its too airy down there haha

if i'm wearing shorts or pants then i will if im feeling frisky lol

i take my showers at night instead of in the morning for work so i usually put on panties right after the shower and hang out in my panties and bathrobe until its time for bed - so i'm usually in panties

I only do when I have Aunt Flo visiting, obviously. I used to get yeast infections really often (sorry for the TMI) and so my gyn told me to sleep without panties on so that she can 'breathe' so to speak Ever since then I haven't slept with undies on.

to be honest my undies come off as soon as i get home from work like if i'm wearing sweats and just hanging out in the house i never wear undies hahaha but if im wearing jeans or going out then yes i put them on.....

I ALWAYS wear panties to bed. I feel way uncomfortable being completely bare down there. Even just a thong is all I need - I've gotta have SOMETHING! lol. But at least I don't sleep in sweat pants like I used to. Just my panties and a tank top. No matter how cold it is (that's why I have my man to cuddle with)

I actually learned from the gyno that is best NOT to sleep w/them on.
It allows for more chances of infection and bacteria , and it is best to leave them off
