Re: prayers please: UPDATE on the little guy...

i dont know how many of u ladies will be on the boards today but just wanted to ask for some prayers...

my two 1/2 yr. old nephew kyllian got rushed to snyder's chidren's hospital last night. he was having major shortness of breath to the point where he couldn't breathe - his chest going all the way in & all the way out..literally gasping for air & could not get a breath...leading to really heavy dizzyness too. Of course they did a million & one tests on him last night - and the docs said he was an absolute angel. He's still there...prob. will be all day because they have no idea what it is yet as it could be a million & one things...which is scary. So just pray for a quick & not so serious result. he's the sweetest little boy in the world! love u ladies. thanks so much!

thank u so much ladies! it's great to know how much u're all there with kind words and prayers Kyllian's doing well...He was had snyder's over night & all day yesterday under really close observation....they were going to keep him an additional day at snyder's, but every test they did came back negative(which is better than positive i guess!) ...the doctors explained that while he's too young to diagnose he'll probably have asthma...and that it was a mini-attack. For the next three days he has to do oxygen treatments every four hours(poor little guy!)...i just feel so bad! he's only two and 1/2...they put him through a LOT!(although necessary i know)...my brother & sil are of course a nervous wreck now 'cause they woke up to his breathing issues in the middle of the night....so all the 'had we not woken up' and 'what if it happens again' things are running through their heads....
i know asthma is a pain and u'd rather be without it, but i'm glad it's not anything more serious(as far as we know)...still freaks me out a little that they couldn't 'REALLY' figure out what it was, but the doctors there were great so i'm sure they knew what they were doing. Despite the billion tests they ran on him, he was an absolute angel and thinks his oxygen treatments are the coolest thing in the world lol. so he's happy thanks again for all the prayers ladies! it's so scary when stuff like this happen!
