Real Estate Agent?
Anyone know how difficult it is to become a real estate agent? Was thinking about doing this part time and was wondering what you needed to do.
DH and I are thinking about purchasing a home soon and thought it might be worth my while to get certified first and then purchase the home as a real estate agent myself...
Plus I'll make the commission when we sell the home we're living in now.
Think it's a good idea?
