Real Estate Agents?
Anyone know of a good reliable real estate agent? DH and I are planning to switch agents once our current contract ends because the one we are using now is horrible and does nothing, nor does he return phone calls or help us try to sell our place
Any help would be great. Thanks a bunch!

Re: Real Estate Agents?
my suggestion is don't sign with anyone. we did it once in the beginning of searching for a home and had the same experience. then we found another agent but didn't sign, this way it allowed us to see other houses with other agents. i didn't want to be tied down like that again. in the end it worked out since the agent we were primarily working with found us a house......also we felt that since we refused to sign with an agent that they worked even harder.
