Scroll to towards the middle it tells you how to make a claim.

there was a huge posting about this the other day on LIF.....
supposably you would end up not getting much back b/c of the lawyer fees etc..etc...

i filed my claim with the website about 2 weeks or so ago--hopefully i hear something back!

I looked at the claim form, and will be filing a claim for not only my e-ring, but for other pieces that DH has bout me over the years. Something is better than nothing.
