My FH and I went to register this weekend at Bloomies and Bed Bath & Beyond and FH wanted to register this convection oven at both places 'cuz he really wants this gift and he thinks that by putting it on both registries we will have a higher chance of getting it because not everyone looks at mutiple registries. But I thought this would increase the chance that we would get duplicate gifts and it would be a hassle to return. Also, I always look at mutliple registries to see everything rather than just picking one registry to choose from. What has your experience been?

I'd put it on just one. I get frustrated when a bride registers for the same thing on two registries, it causes confusion and some people will purposely avoid the gift for fear that another person will buy it from the other registry.
Just my opinion. Also, if you do get multiples, then you have the hassle of returning. I think most people look at both registries.

i agree with tteresa...put it on one registry only....chances are, you will get the gift - its not soemthing unusual....

Sorry, I think differently. If he wants to put it on both, let him. Why have that discussion? BB&B will take back the item easily if you get two. They even give you CASH!
