Registry suggestions...

I am helping a friend register and I was wondering what didn't you get that you really need? or what didn't you register for that you should have? or what is the best thing to register for??

A cordless kettle.. it is the beast thing... I totally wish that I had one...and a good size toaster, and more picture frames...

One thing I have seen on other brides registries that I wish I had is a Farberware coffee urn that holds 24 cups of coffee - good for when you have company.

Need lots of kitchen towels.
Table cloths & cloth napkins.
Ring holder for the kitchen. (I like to take my rings off when I do the dishes.)
Love my quesadilla(sp?) maker! Lots of fun!

annie...I actually got it from someone without registering it...good for parties...(dessert)

what I love:
toaster
DH loves the good grips we registered for
wafflemaker...get at least a 4 waffle
tupperware (that matches and has all the lids
george foreman LARGE grill...

what I should have registered for:
more decorating items...

I second the 4 waffle waffle iron. I have a 2 waffle one and it's a pain.

Also, you don't need a rice cooker. I got 3 and I've never even used 1!

I registered for the pasta cooker with the strainer on top and we LOVE it, we use it all the time. I didn't register for but got a breadmaker and I love that as well. I registered for gadgets (cups, spoons, spatulas, serving spoons, etc) and I didn't get them which I was upset about but that was Bed, Bath & Beyond's fault.

I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer!

I wished I'd registered for a bread maker, fondue pot, one of those grill pans, and a lid that fits on any pot (we don't have a lid that fits on our frying pan! Don't forget the electric knife too!
