Repost from 08: SATC Mistake ! (no spoliers)

Just got back and lemme say the movie was awesome, TOTALLY worth the 10 bucks to see. HOWEVER.....

I dunno if its b/c I work in the film industry but I was f-in SHOCKED when me and the rest of the audience saw the VERY obvious goof of the BOOM MIKE (the microphone used above the actors head to record sound) bobbing up and down on top of the actors heads , not once, not twice, but at least 10 TIMES throughout the movie

For a multi million dollar budgeted film released world wide....all I can say is Holy S hit!!! That is a HUGE HUGE boo-boo. Somebody in editing is definitely gonna get the boot for that. It was really really obvious. So much so that the audience gasped and started laughing about it after the 5th or 6th time!

I haven't seen the movie yet but I'll be on the look out.

On a side note, I always notice on the upper right hand corner the flashing dots which are a silent signal to the projectionist to change the reel (my college days ).

Woke up and did some searching.....its all over the internet!

Um I live in suburbia...I saw it in NUtley land of manicured lawns and people who do not tan well...

I didnt notice it but then I wasn't looking for it. SoI doutits a city vs subrbia issue. Nw wnset agn to find the goofs!

i saw it the first time in Edgewater, and the second time in clifton....didn't see it the first time, didn't notice it the 2nd time either
