Does anyone know how to use the resizer on this site?

I'm awful with it as well. My pics scanned so large. I resized my pics at 50%, then they posted, but still a bit small. But at least they posted. If anybody else knows what to do, I'd like to know too.

hit resizer and upload the photo you would like to resize. Then at bottom, it will ask a percentage and depending how big it it, try 50% or less. then it gets emailed to you.
