Restaurants near the Theater District?

My sister and I are seeing Little Mermaid tomorrow afternoon, then meeting DH for dinner and then going to see Shrek.

Can someone recommend an italian restaurant (not Carmines- love it for a group, but not enough of us)- near the theater district.

Sofia's on 46th street is GREAT! And the prices are 'cheap' for Manhattan...here's the webiste...click me... \

ETA...the most expensive thing on the menu is $28.00....
