Re: ring cleanning
My mom always boils her jewelry in a water & detergent mix... I do it on occasion and it really gets the dirt out of every crevice!!!

Re: ring cleanning
Sometimes Ill just bring it to my local jeweler and they clean it for free otherwise I have a solution at home and i just drop in there for like 45 seconds and then rinse it off.

Re: ring cleanning
I use really hot water to soak my rings or I use the steam from the frother on my espresso machine...it sounds a little crazy but it does an amazing job!! Oh but watch out for your fingers.

Re: ring cleanning
I soak it in a little bowl with 1/2 glass cleaner, 1/2 water for like 20 minutes.
Then I use an old soft toothbrush to loosen up the dirt.
THEN....I pull the drain up on thie sink and use the water pic (normally its for cleaning your teeth), put it on a low setting and then water pic all the loosened dirt up!
I found that from googling 'best ways to clean jewelry.
It works SO GOOD!!

I just take mine to the place we got them from. He does it for free and since they are white gold he re-dips them when needed for free too.

Re: ring cleanning
I have this machine i use in between the regular jewl cleaner & the steam clean.
I use 1/2 cup luke warm water on one side 1/2 cup cleaner on the other side brush rings gently & then u put ur rings in this grated plate put it into the solution & then u hit a button which makes the machine vibrate take it out after 2 min. then drop on other side just luke warm water press button again for 2 min & it comes out super clean!
