sandals honeymoon?

I know this is the newlyweds area, but did any of you go to any of the Sandals resorts for your honeymoons? My fiance and I are trying to plan our honeymoon and are having a hard time picking one! We definitely want to do Sandals, but which one? (And does anyone like ClubMed better?)

We went to the Sandal Golf and Spa (now called Regency) in St.Lucia and we loved it!! We would not have changed a thing!

Ditto...BTW, Club Med is more of a singles thing...I do beleive they have two small beds in each room, lot's of meet stuff, etc.

i think you're right about the club med (although i have fond memories of a childhood trip....i thought the adult-only might be okay). does anyone have reviews of any of the other resorts so we can compare?

We went to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica and we had a great time. We loved the all-inclusive, so you don't have to worry about anything. DH and I both really liked the fact that it was couples only too!

We went to St. Lucia and stayed at Sandals Grande. It was out of ths world! I totally recommend it!

Club Med's are ok but their adults only are in Cancun and Turks and Caicos and they do tend to be a singles place.

Sandals resorts are much nicer!!!

I have sent many couples to the Grande St. Lucian (that is the newest on on St Lucia) and also to Halcyon and the Regency. Some other Sandals I have sent couples to are Sandals Negril (their beach is beautiful), Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, Royal Bahamian is nice too but in January, their weather is cooler than the rest of the Caribbean Islands.

My husband and I went to Sandals Regency. I t was really nice. You didn't have to walk around with aything. The only thing I would change would be the food and the drinks. I guess living in New York spoils you. We weren't happy with the food and we thought the drinks were watered down.

I've posted before about this subject, I loved Sandals Royal Bahamian the first 5 nights, until I got Salmonella poisoning the last day...I know it can happen anywhere, but they were LESS than accommodating.
