1. Charlie Bartlett - REALLY enjoyed it. Mixture of Ferris Bueller for the pulled together, in control kid & Breakfast Club with all the FUKT up people looking for other confused people... Dave liked it - he said it was different, not something he's seen 800 times before. For us - large bonus that LOTS of Degrassi Next Gen peeps were in the movie...
2. Vantage Point - WOW - LOVED it. SOoooooooooooooooooo much going on. Dave liked it but thought it was a bit over the top - but good.
(hope no one minds that I do these, we watch a LOT of movies - so I figure i should share our thoughts.)

Re: Saturday Night's Alright For a Movie Review
I didnt really like Charlie Bartlett. Someone told us it was like a modern day Ferris Bueller but I just didnt see the comparison. I also thought the scene with Charlie and Robert Downeys character at the end was a little exaggerated. Definitely not my fave movie
I LOVED Vantage Point! Saw it in the theaters!

OO thats a good thread idea-always looking for new movies. We're more of DVD renters so if you have good ideas for stuff on video already, throw em out there. We're listening

We are renters too!! Every now & then we will buy a previously viewed DVD if it is a movie that we really like. Untraceable was really good and so was National Treasure 2. We also saw About A Boy the other day and I loved it. I Hugh Grant!!!
