Saw our Dream House!
Only problem is its about 2x what we can afford to pay. :( It was an open house in a neighborhood I knew we couldnt afford but I couldnt resist going in.
Back to reality. We went to a lot of open houses and saw a few with a reltor this weekend. We saw a few possibilities but the taxes were killers. We are looking in Nassau county and I am really nervous about the tax situation. I dont want to wake up one day and hear that my taxes are going up 20% when they are already high.
Any other Nassau County searchers out there? How do you feel about this situation?
