Seeing DH tomorrow (Maybe)
So, its been almost 3 weeks since DH left for Ranger School. Tomorrow is supposed to be his 8-hour break where I pick him up and he comes home for 8 hours and then he leaves again for over a month.
I got a call tonight from a guy at Ranger School telling me to meet my husband at the parking lot at 8am with black sneakers and deodorant. Normally when you get a call the night before it means they've been recycled. SO, I asked the guy 'has he been recycled??' and he said he couldnt tell me, just meet him tomorrow at 8. My friend whose hubby is also in ranger school said she didnt get a call at all tonight....so this worries me.
Of course, I burst out in tears the second I hung up the phone. I'm just so worried I'll get there tomorrow only to find out he WAS recycled -- which means no 8-hour break (I'll just have to give him the stuff and leave) and he's stuck there for an extra week on top of the rest of ranger school. I've gone 20 days...I dont want to feel like I managed 20 days for nothing...just to have to do it all over again.
I guess I'll find out tomorrow -- but I just pray that if he is recycled, I'll have the strength to not cry in front if him when he tells me.
