anybody else remember this? Sooo old school! lol. For my birthday in November, my sister got me a couple of sega games from our childhood that we used to be OBSESSED with and haven't played for years. I don't know how she hunted them down. With it, she also gave me a duel system meant to play both sega & nintendo games. However, I couldn't get it working. Well, just this past weekend DH got me a Sega Genesis and we spent like all day yesterday playing dorky games and having the time of our lives! So far we played Mickey & Donald, Streets of Rage, & Sonic... it was the best! (DH also played a football game from 1994 - the graphics were hysterical).
Just had to share! Me & DH ALMOST conquered Streets of Rage together - we are now determined to beat that one!! lol. We WILL succeed!!!!

I asked about Wii game recommendations on here once and someone mentioned that on the Wii channel there were tons of old games to play since then DH and I purchased all of these old Sega and Nintendo games, Streets of Rage happens to be one of them! It has been DHs and his best friends game to play every Friday night! They came so close to beating it this past Friday!!

I never owned a Sega, but at friends houses I loved playing!

that's so funny that they make the old games for Wii!! I love that. And I do think that Streets of Rage is a popular one. Lots of people I met recently admit to playing that one as a child. haha. Me & DH also came soooo close to beating it on Sunday. We reached the end and just had one fight left but we died during it and were sooo peeved by that. lol.

MY brother hooked up his old Sega, Socrates (sp?), and nintendo a few years back, they were all up and running. It was so fun to see all the old games. :) I love my games!
