Selling my COOP in Garden City

Hi Guys,

DH and I are selling our coop in Garden City. Here's a few pics. FM me if you are interested.

We are asking $295K.

Maintenance is $634 a month since we have the star credit which knocks off $50 per month. Without the star credit it's $684. . Maintenance includes water/heat, taxes and garbage pick up every morning at your front door. 67% is also tax deductibe. There are garage spots, as well as parking lot spots available for your car(s).
