Sephora girls, recommendations...

I found an old giftcard I had forgotten about and was thinking of spending it this weekend....

Sephora girls, do you recommend any good products you absolutely love? especially something for oily/problem skin...

Thanks!!!!

i get the Bare Minerals make up there and i love it!!!!

its the cheapest place to get everything you need in the starter kit

i would go for skin care since they have so much to see/choose from. They have a lot of foreign products that u can't get from anywhere else

I'm a Bare Minerals junkie - but as for it being the cheapest at Sephora: this is totally&completely untrue. It's the same price in every single store. the only difference in price is sometimes on the b.m website or off QVC since they have different kits to choose from..but sephora, ulta, AND the actual bare escentuals boutiques actually all sell it for the same exact price.

to me u're actually better off getting bm at an actual boutique - u get lots of perks for ur purchases

I have oily skin too, but it also gets dry somehow so it is really messed up. I used to use prescription products but I stopped and here is what works for me:

1) St. Ives scrub. Cheap and the best!

2) Sometimes I need something gentler, so I use 'purity' face wash which you can buy at sephora.

3) I like Clinique products, especially because my skin doesn't do well with fragrances. I use their 'take the day off' makeup remover and I also use twice a day the skin turnaround cream which comes in a skinny blue tube/bottle. This stuff has essentially replaced my prescription stuff and does just as good a job! If helps exfoliate, keep pores clearer, etc.

4) I also need a good moisturizer, so I used clinique's moisture surge gel. Even though I have oily skin this stuff works great.

5) I like bare minerals makeup, and also nars blushes/bronzers. i like clinique for eye makeup, it seems to hold well and doesn't irritate my eyes (I wear contacts so I need really gentle stuff).

Hope this helps!

Oh Sephora...I ♥ Sephora

I would buy more bare minerals. I have acne prone skin so this works so much better for me. I love it.

I love Gwen's Harikoo(?) perfume. I have Love and it is divine.

I love Amazing Grace: perfume, body wash, and lotion. It has a sweet, soft subtle smell.

Fredrick Fekki Shea butter shampoo and conditioner, or the shea butter body creme..It's $75 but worth every single penny!

Hope that helps!

Lorac has a new concealer that is outstanding.

It has a concealer side, a highlighter side, and an applicator ball. The only bad part is they dont have a wide selection of shades. They only have three right now but the woman at Sephora told me they will make more once they see how this produc sells.

exactly what type of skin problems, not sure what to recommend if it would be good or not.

Ole Henriksen has a very good spot treatment but not sure if that is your problem or if you need it for something else.

Also MD skincare is good.

not sure if you wear eyeshadow but if you do, this primer is AMAZING:

i also love this and wear it everyday in place of foundation. it doesn't really provide coverage but gives your skin a nice subtle 'glow':

we are also addicted to all the philosophy bath gels. we just finished this one and loved it:

have fun! :)

Fresh face, rose petal! Its pricey but worth it and all natural. I love Nars lip pencils and dior mascara. St Ives is another one, its less expensive but works better than any of the pricey brands Ive tried.
