SERIOUS VENT

WHY IS IT THAT CONFIDENCE IS SEEN AS A WOMAN BEING A BIITCH?!?!?!!

AND WHY IS THIS OBSERVATION/NAME CALLING COMING FROM OTHER WOMEN?!?!

the best part is - i work in a day program for MR/DD adults... so our building is basically like a school... with classrooms and such... im the social worker here so if i dont have a client in your room - chances are, im not going to really have any interaction with you AT ALL...... i mean, im that person that will give a friendly 'good morning' if i see you, but dont really KNOW you, but aside from that, im not going out of my way to befriend someone... this isnt high school, this is my JOB

It's true what Heather said; all women are in competion with one another. We don't get dressed up to go out ot bars/clubs for the guys, we do it for eachother. Who has the better bag, shoes, etc...

I'd take this as a compliment - they're obviously jealous of your good looks and strong personality.

I definitely agree with what Heather said. At my last job, I worked with almost all women, and even the men there were so catty and rude. I hated it!!! Now, I work with mostly men and its SO much more peaceful! I love coming to work every day!

They're probably just jealous of you - they need to get over it!

the most aggrivating part is that these people saying this arent even ppl that even matter at my job... its not like my boss or someone in my department... they are the teachers/teachers aids that are younger and have nothing better to do than to talk shiit about people
