Share your colors and theme! (Post pics)

My colors were sky blue, accented w/ chocolate brown & ivory. And my theme was having some beachy casual touches. I had message in a bottle placecards, shells and other beachy touches displayed for decor, we had Ed Travers play all Jimmy Buffett songs for the CH hour (in memory of my dad who loved his music), tables were Buffett songs, sanddollar cookie favors, etc.

We all know my theme- should I bother posting pics?

I always love looking at your pics-they really are magazine quality. My best friend wnated this type of look but shh don't tell her...it fell FLAT. her planner was AWFUL. I wanted a beachy wedding originally too but we would have had to go to Southern NJ and was just too much traveling.

I originally wanted blue, preiwinkle and white but we went with bright colors because my best friend wnated blues.

So I centered the colors around my wedding shoes lol. originally was going to wear a different pair but then saw these and fell in love. So I went with red but didnt like just red and white (reminded me of my cousin's tacky sweet sixteen with floor length TIGHT-think 5lbs sausage in a 2lb package- satin dresses and white tuxes UGH)
so I decided to add orange and pink when I saw the combo on a Knottie brides website. our main flower were gerber daises. We wanted a fun, vibrant easy feel cause neither us us are stiff people. I wore polka dot heels and a matching garter and DH wore red doc martens! So fun.

LOL and I have posted these before...but hey Tara, who cares! lets post again cause we CAN!

Um face ways i think were just colors- the girls wore the same dress in the 3 theme colors. I made them daisy clips for their hair and then we just saturated things in color; our cake, our linens, our Cp's and of course the flowers. My favorite I think were my shoes and his shoes-really fun way to mix it in.

Jess, you may be sorry you asked cuz I'm a photo fanatic and I'm posting pics of many of the details.

My favorite color is blue - I LOVE it! Once we decided to have a fall wedding, I wanted to pair blue with a complimentary color and I thought that chocolate brown would work well; I just really loved how it looked together. Little did I know that it would become as popular of a color combination as it did!

Our 'theme' I guess would be our monogram - I designed it and had it on all the paper goods (invites, programs, menus, petal cones, etc etc) and I kept the monogram theme going by having our monogram on my veil, our cake, and with a GOBO. I figured no other 'theme' would represent our union better than having our new married initials.

I don't have pro pics yet, but here are examples from my non pro pics. :)

WOW! Yesenia, everything came together SO perfectly. Im having blue and brown envy, haha.

We did a beach theme with blue and orange as my colors. I wanted something simple, bright and fun. I don't have any detail shots yet but here is one with two of my bm's that shows the colors and flowers.

I didn't know you wore blue shoes! Those look awesome! Cant wait to see the pro pics.

We had Chocolate Brown and Red Wine as our main colors and gold & yellow as the accents. It was a fallish theme.
