When she goes to lunch, wrap up a giant box of paper clips to make it look like a really nice present. Then leave it on her desk....and steal the stapler.

I was thinking the same thing. Buy her one of those squishy balls to take her aggressions out on. A lot quieter. On a serious note, she probably doesn't realize how annoying that is.
