Should I follow up with this vendor? ( kinda long)

Okay, I mentioned this in my review, but this is sorta buging me.
4/5 members of my band that showed up were not the band members I saw on the video they showed us, nor were they the people listed on the website. I know, I should have gotten them listed in the contract, but I believed them when they said they did not switch musicians.

So, I'm anoyed by this, but they did a great job. I didn't say anything to them, & I tipped them, because the musicans that were there were excellent.

I also gave the 1 guy I did know, a separate card & tip for teh band leader, b/c he had claiemd to be injured & I felt bad that he was not there , yet had been really helpful before hand.

Now, I want to send them a thank you, because they were great, but do I mention that I was surprised that they were not the musicians we booked? Should I call & discuss this?

I don't really want anything from them, just an explanation &to let them know & wasn't fooled, I guess.

I would definitley call and see what the story was. Let them know that you were not disappointed with the musicians they sent, but you were disappointed that they didn't send who you thought you had contracted for. Tell them you understand things come up and someone may have been sick, but you can't understand how they replaced 4 out of 5 people with not so much as a call to you.
