let me first start by saying that i really am TERRIBLE about being nervous about going to the gyno, i know every woman is a little nervous but im very very bad to the point where my blood pressure always rises and ive been told im gonna have a stroke...
anyway, ive gone thru three gynos already and the most recent one, i still hate. she rushes, shes pretty unfriendly and cold and i almost feel like she talks down to me. before i get pregnant whenever that may be id like to have a good track record with a gyno i am comfortable with.
only a woman...im so nervous already ugh
so give me your best recs please for your obgyns that you LOVE and if you can tell me why you like them so muchm, that would be great, sorry to be annoying

I love mine but she's in manhattan . . I'll ask around too
Mine is one of the Top 100 doctors but she definitely doesn't have the bedside manner you need, sorry I can't help. I had the best one in DC. I miss her.

i go to dr frandina in lake success. ive only been to her 2-3 times w no major issues, but i like her. she is young and i feel like i could talk to her.
also, whenever i have questions (and when i first tried a new BCP i had ALOT), she would always respond to my calls THAT DAY! which is a MAJOR PLUS!
so far - no complaints - i like her a lot

I go to a female OBGYN in Queens, right around the corner from St. John's University in Fresh Meadows. FM me if you want her address and number. I love her, my mom, aunts and granny all go to her. She is so compassionate and makes you feel very comfortable. She answers all your questions and you can get an appt. very quickly.
