Since we have been talking about trading 'gifts'

I have been reading (and amused by) the thread about gifts that people have received that they do not like or have a need for.

I know there is the no ads policy on this site, but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in creating a trade/sell thread for brides, parents, and newlyweds.

I hope this is okay to post. I am going to get married in July and I can always use help to keep my budget (if you want to call it that) under constraint.

I would be more than happy to buy someone's leftovers/surplus and I was thinking that maybe some of the newlyweds may need to get rid of some things.

There is a thread like this on one of the other wedding sites and people seem to like it and use it.

So what do you ladies think? Post here and maybe the soon-to-be-brides can talk about what we need and want and the newlyweds can rid themselves of some surplus or itmes that they do not have a use for anymore.

Hmm...what do i have to sell?

I have the book 'Buff Brides' and I have most of an entire package of vellum.

I post 3 times something that I had that I was willing to give to a bride but there were no takers. I do not know if there is enough interest in this kind of thing...
